BNS Development has officially handed over the keys to the Marriott Residences in Palm Beach, completing a multi-year redevelopment that marries Five-Star resort amenities with private, bespoke residential craftsmanship. The project encompassed structural re-engineering, historical façade restoration, and custom interior architectural millwork across 48 private condominium residences.
Each home features bespoke Italian cabinetry, bookmatched marble surfaces, acoustic dampening subflooring, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling glazing systems designed to maximize natural ocean light while exceeding coastal impact standards.
Flawless Execution Under Stringent Hospitality Standards
Building under a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand requires uncompromising adherence to brand standard manuals, acoustic thresholds, and exacting finish tolerances. The BNS team utilized digital BIM coordination and laser-scan tolerance verification at every stage of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in.
Through collaborative scheduling and trade synchronization, the team overcame complex international supply chain hurdles for imported custom stone and architectural fixtures, ultimately delivering the project 3 weeks ahead of the contractual handover target.
