Senior Pre-Development Estimator

Compensation: $115,000 – $150,000 • Regional Operations

Role Overview

Develop comprehensive conceptual budgets, GMP proposals, and detailed trade quantity takeoffs. You will work directly with our Founders to de-risk projects before ground is broken.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and trade subcontractor bid packages

Perform constructability reviews and value-engineering analysis during pre-development

Cultivate and expand our trade partner subcontractor database across Texas and Florida

Qualifications & Requirements

7+ years commercial general contracting estimating experience in Texas or Florida markets

Proven expertise in conceptual cost modeling, value engineering, and trade scope packaging

Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Procore, PlanSwift, and advanced Excel models
