Senior Project Manager — Commercial & Multifamily

Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 + Performance Bonus • Regional Operations
Role Overview

Lead premier ground-up commercial and multifamily projects from pre-development through owner turnover. You will manage owner relations, prime contracts, budget governance (P6), and lead project teams with the highest standard of execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own total project financial performance, monthly owner billing, and subcontractor buyouts
Lead weekly owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings with transparency and decisive leadership
Oversee field superintendent teams to enforce safety, quality assurance, and critical-path milestones
Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years managing commercial, multifamily, or high-rise development ($20M+ project scope)
Bachelor's degree in Development Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam
Demonstrated track record of on-time, within-budget project delivery with zero lost-time safety incidents
