Field Engineer / Assistant Superintendent

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 • Regional Operations
Role Overview

Support on-site field leadership on landmark South Florida developments. Manage RFIs, submittals, QA/QC inspections, and layout verification with rapid career growth toward Superintendent or PM roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and material deliveries on the jobsite
Perform daily QA/QC inspections and photo documentation for owner reports
Coordinate with municipal inspectors and testing laboratories
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Development Management, Building Science, or Civil Engineering
1–3 years commercial development field experience or heavy project internships
Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and total-station / laser layout principles
